Identification

Our Coaches help identify the potential in athletes through various channels

Evaluation

Athletes are evaluated based on their performance, skills, physical attributes, academic achievements (for student-athletes), and potential fit for the team's playing style and needs.

Contact

Our Coaches help prepare you to reach out to recruiters to express interest and initiate communication. This may involve sending emails, making phone calls, or attending in-person meetings.

Recruitment

Recruiters provide information about the team, program, and institution (for college athletes), as well as details about scholarships, academic programs, and athletic facilities.

Visits and Showcases

Athletes may visit campuses, attend showcases, or participate in tryouts to showcase their skills and learn more about the team and program.

Negotiation

Our Coaches help navigate the process of negotiating terms of athletic scholarships (for college athletes), financial aid packages

Commitment

Help Athletes commit to joining a team by signing a National Letter of Intent (for college athletes) or a contract (for professional athletes), indicating their intention to compete for the team.

Transition

Assist Athletes transition to their new team, participating in preseason training, orientation programs, and academic support services (for student-athletes).
